FAQ

  • How long will I have to take my certification exam once I complete the course?

    There is no specified time limit for taking the certification exam; however course access expires annually. Once the course is expired, you will no longer have access to the exam.

  • How do I access my certificate to show my employer/potential employer?

    If you pass the certification exam, a certificate will be emailed to your email address on file. We will also keep a record of your completion and can provide you with a replacement certificate upon request.

  • Do the unit quizzes affect my passing the final exam?

    Unit quizzes are solely for practice. While you must complete them to continue, the score you receive will have no affect on your final exam score. You may also take them multiple times.
